RAM NAVANI FESTIVAL
the colourful Ram Navani festival celebrates the birthday of god Rama, the 7th reincarnation of Vishnu. The day is celebrated in March or April and has significant importance in places all over the Indian country. These pictures where taken in the state of Bihar.
While Rama is celebrated, Sita, Lakshmana and Hanumana take an additional part as they are mentioned in the story of Lord Rama.
